About Emir

EMIR ILKER is a highly dedicated Personal Trainer and lifetime drug-free bodybuilder with over 8 years of professional coaching experience and a bodybuilding journey that began at just 14 years old. He holds an Active IQ Level 3 Personal Training certification, a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, and a Nutrition Science certification from Stanford Medicine, combining practical coaching expertise with strong academic foundations.

Emir has successfully guided a wide range of clients, from beginners to experienced gym-goers, using a structured, evidence-based approach to training and nutrition. Staying true to his "practice what you preach" philosophy, Emir has competed multiple times in natural bodybuilding competitions, demonstrating the discipline and consistency he instills in his clients.
